What size should I choose?

Size S (8 cm): Perfect if you have a small chest or tiny nipples. If you usually wear an A-cup bra, this size gives you just the right amount of coverage—no more, no less—for comfort and confidence.

Size M (10 cm): This is our best-seller and the most versatile. If you wear B, C, or D cups, this size will fit you perfectly. It provides great coverage, adapts to your shape, and remains completely invisible.

Size L (12 cm): The go-to size if you have a larger chest or just want extra coverage. If you wear DDD+ cups or bigger, this is your size. But if you're medium-chested and unsure... careful—it may feel a bit too large.

Bestie tip 💅: If you're between sizes, go for the smaller one. Lots of girls have chosen the L “just in case” and ended up telling us it was too big. So if you’re between M and L, go with the M. If you’re between S and M and have a small chest, the S will be your best friend.

Care & usage tips

🌸 Clean, dry skin: Before wearing them, make sure your skin is clean and completely dry—no lotion, oil, or sweat. The cleaner the skin, the better the grip.

🌸 Apply with love: Press each nipple cover gently onto clean, dry skin. Hold for a few seconds to activate the adhesive and secure them in place.

🌸 Loose or tight clothes—your choice: Thanks to the medical-grade adhesive, they stay in place even with looser clothing. But if you're wearing something tight, even better—the extra pressure keeps them perfectly hidden.

🌸 Aftercare: Wash by hand with warm water and gentle soap (no alcohol, wipes, or harsh products). Don’t scrub. Let them air dry, adhesive side up, on a clean surface. Once dry, place them back on the protective film (the sticker-like one, not the hard plastic shell) to preserve the adhesive. Store them in their case for the next wear.

Will they fall off if I’m not wearing tight clothing?

No! These nipple covers use medical-grade adhesive, so they stay in place even under loose or flowy clothes.

That said, if you're wearing snug clothing—even better: that extra pressure helps reinforce the hold and keeps them completely invisible all day.
