Return or Exchange Procedure
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, or you wish to return your order, please access our returns portal here:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will not be able to process it, in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade (amended by Law 47/2002).

Important Note: Curviva is not responsible for items lost during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a certified postal service and sharing the tracking number with us.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 30 calendar days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at: hola@curviva.es
